Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

When a brand does a pre-order release, it means samples are made to show off which are 1 of 1 pieces, this lets the brand make more colorways available in that sample, without getting them made. once the main idea has been created. website is then open from Friday to Monday morning, where on that Monday morning, design files and quantities that were ordered, are then sent to the manufacturer to make. Understand the process takes 3-4 weeks after the website has been closed, so if you ordered on June 19th, you shouldn't be freaking out to a brand on the 17th of July, if a package is not delivered by August 17th then there is reason to contact me.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
